Magnesium is an essential mineral often depleted by modern stress. Lavender essential oil wraps the senses in soft herbal notes, encouraging tranquility and helping the body shift into rest mode.

Shake bottle before each use.  Mist 5–10 sprays onto clean skin and gently massage in. For enhanced absorption, apply to:
– Soles of the feet
– Calves or back of legs
– Abdomen
– Underarms

A mild tingling sensation may occur, especially during initial use. This is normal and often lessens over time.
