We carefully prepare and ship each order from our small-batch studio in Wisconsin.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and/or UPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

🚗 Free Local Delivery We offer free local delivery to Wautoma, WI and within a 10-mile radius. Select local delivery at checkout and we'll reach out to coordinate a delivery time after your order is placed.

📦 Standard Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate
• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00

Delivery Times
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
