Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small-batch business. Due to the personal nature of our body and home care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@irogamiessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

We will offer a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used body care products

  • Custom or special orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, design, and weight may occur. Our soaps are cured for 4–6 weeks in our studio but may continue to cure and naturally lose small amounts of water over time, which may slightly change the weight after packaging.
