Our Story

Irogami Essentials began with a simple vision — to create natural, handcrafted skincare products for myself and my family after realizing how many harsh and unnecessary chemicals exist not only in the food and drinks we consume, but also in the products we use on our bodies every single day. It became important to me to understand what I was putting on my skin and into my home.

Back to Basics

Our skin is our largest organ, and it absorbs so much of what we place on it — soaps, lotions, lip balms, serums, and more. That realization sparked a desire to go back to basics and return to nature, using real, wholesome ingredients whenever possible in today's fast-paced world.

I began carefully sourcing traditional, time-tested ingredients like nourishing tallow for our soaps and whipped body creams, jojoba oil — known for being closest to our skin's natural sebum — along with castor oil for healthy hair and skin, coconut oil for gentle cleansing, and essential oils from trusted, quality sources. Every ingredient is chosen with intention, simplicity, and care.

A Passion Turned Purpose

What started as a personal journey soon became something much bigger. I began sharing these products with others and quickly discovered that many people were searching for the same thing — honest, nourishing care for their skin, hair, and home.

Handmaking these products has grown into a true passion. There is something deeply meaningful about creating items with my own hands and knowing they will be used by families who value clean, thoughtful ingredients.
