🚗 Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to Wautoma, WI and within a 10-mile radius. Select local delivery at checkout. We'll reach out to coordinate a delivery time after your order is placed.

📦 Standard Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00
  • We ship via USPS and/or UPS depending on your location
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so we appreciate your patience!

🚚 Estimated Delivery

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the carrier's hands. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to help point you in the right direction!

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@irogamiessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used body care products
  • Custom or special orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@irogamiessentials.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
